PrimePACK™ modules are designed for high-power, compact converter systems. The family spans 450A to 2400A at 1200V, 1700V, and 2300V, available in half-bridge or chopper configuration .

Chip Technology Options:

  • IGBT5 + .XT – 30% higher output current, extended lifetime through improved thermal and power cycling capability. .XT technology addresses all reliability-critical levels within the package
