2.2 Returns over 3 months

Standard returns are not accepted after the 3-month return window. However, we provide long-term technical inspection and after-sales support for all products.

If our technical team verifies genuine product quality problems after inspection:

The buyer shall bear all return and replacement shipping costs
Return or replacement service is approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to the actual product condition
The final judgment right belongs to our official after-sales technical team

3. General Return Requirements

Returned products must be intact, complete with original accessories, and free of artificial damage.
