  • Lighter Weight – Through structural optimization, the CP96 Series achieves up to 15% weight reduction compared to its predecessor, helping to reduce overall equipment load.

  • Faster Cycle Times – A newly developed combined cushioning system (air cushion + rubber bumper cushion) effectively shortens the cushioning stroke, reducing machine cycle time and boosting productivity.

  • Lower Noise – The integrated rubber bumper absorbs impact energy at the stroke ends, minimizing metallic collision noise and ensuring quieter operation.

  • Easy Adjustment & Mounting:

    • Cushion valves are redesigned for simpler adjustment.

    • Sensor mounting flexibility: Standard grooves are provided on all four sides of the cylinder body, compatible with CNOMO standard sensors as well as SMC’s -M9□ and -A9□ series auto switches. Sensors can be easily inserted from either end and fixed at any desired position.
